We recently changed the way we enable off-campus access.  You now have to be signed into your Eckerd gmail account to access Library databases. If you are logged into a non-Eckerd Gmail account and click a proxied library link, you will see the following error message from google.  Please log back in via your Eckerd gmail account and try the link again.

Google error - wrong gmail account
If you are signed in with multiple gmail accounts, it should ask you to choose which one you want to use.  Only accounts with an @eckerd.edu domain will work.

For more information about remote access to library resources, see our FAQ page.

If you continue to have trouble accessing library resources remotely, please contact us via chat, email, phone, or come in to see us.
