The seventeen group study rooms are available for use on a first come, first served basis during certain hours of the day, and can be reserved after 4 p.m. from Sunday through Thursdays.  Individuals may use any available open room, but groups always take precedence.

We currently use an online reservation system for reserving library study rooms.  Reservations are restricted to those with an Eckerd College e-mail address.  To make a reservation, select your desired time slots from the schedule, then enter your @eckerd.edu email address.  Reservations can be made for the hours of 4 p.m. - 1 a.m. on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.  During all other times, rooms are open on a first-come, first served basis.  NOTE: You can make a reservation up to two weeks in advance, reserve up to 2 time slots per day, and 6 time slots per week.  Reservations must be made at least 12 hours in advance.
