The Celebration of Scholarship: Eckerd Faculty in Word, Image, & Performance, is a publication of the annual research and creative works of faculty. It includes works produced from June to May of each academic year, and includes the following categories of works:

Books;

Edited Books, Book Chapters, and Translations;

Peer-reviewed Publications;

Exhibits, Plays, and Performances;

Abstracts, Book Reviews, and Encyclopedia Entries;

Lectures, Panels, Presentations, Symposia, and Workshops;

Honors, Awards, Fellowships, and Grants; and

Editorial, Organizational and Professional Association Activities.

EC Scholar collects works in similar categories and links them to faculty profiles, which can be maintained by faculty themselves. Making use of the platform to collect and organize submissions to the Celebration of Scholarship allows the college to preserve this history of creative and intellectual pursuits of our community for years to come. The web-based format increases visibility beyond Eckerd and helps us demonstrate our work as a liberal arts college
